What we do?
GSMAR is the local REALTOR® Association for Sevier and Cocke counties and we provide access for our members to our MLS (Multiple Listing Service). We offer several membership benefits that enhance and help our REALTORS® in their real estate career, from free CE classes, membership events, free lockboxes, CRS access, Forewarn and more.
