Webinar: GSE Short Sale Rules Differ from HAFA Long awaited guidelines from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac on implementing the federal government's standardized short sale procedures have been released and differ in important ways from the Treasury Department's Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives (HAFA) program. | The 2010/11 annual dues invoices have
been emailed out. Paper copies of this same invoice will be delivered to
your brokerage. Payment is due upon receipt. Your remittance must be received in the association office prior to 5 PM on Tuesday, August 31, 2010 in order to avoid the late charge of $100.00. If you feel there is an error in your billing, please contact the Association Office by email to Pat@gsmar.org and we will be happy to correct any mistakes. Thank you for understanding that association staff is not authorized to adjust invoices or waive late fees under any circumstances or for any reason. |
